How does the dynamic bid work?+
We ping you with lead attributes — credit score, LTV, equity, state, property type — before you commit. You bid in real time based on what the lead is worth to your lending box. You only pay for leads you accept. This gives you full control over cost per acquisition.
What data do I receive with each lead?+
You receive full consumer PII (name, phone, email, DOB, address, SSN), the stated inquiry reason, property data (AVM, equity, LTV, property type, occupancy), and a qualification array — a set of verified boolean flags confirming the lead meets your lending criteria. Flags include things like credit_verified, mortgage_current, ltv_under_80, dti_under_43, owner_occupied, and more. You also receive a score range and tier. You don't receive raw credit bureau data — you receive the verified qualification result.
What does pricing look like?+

Do I need an NMLS license?+
We sell to licensed mortgage lenders, brokers, and their authorized marketing partners. NMLS licensing and state authorizations are verified during onboarding.
